    摘要:

    转体曲线桥预偏心值的计算精度要求比一般弯梁桥要求更高,是转体成功的重要因素之一,而理论公式推导难度大,实体建模耗时久影响设计时效。本文以2×68m转体曲线桥为背景,对梁格法求预偏心进行方法研究,先由矩形曲线梁入手,理论推导预偏心公式,再辅以大量梁格模型进行结果对比,得出一般规律,并提出梁格收敛法求预偏心,并将方法逐步推广至箱梁结构。本文的研究成果可对转体曲线桥的预偏心准确设置提供指导作用。

    Abstract:

    The calculation accuracy of the eccentricity value of the curved swivel bridge is more demanding than that of the general curved bridge, which is one of the important factors for the success of the curved bridge. However, the difficulty of deriving the theoretical formula and the long time of FEA affect the design time.Based on the background of 2×68m curved swivel bridge, this paper research on the eccentricity method of grillage method. Firstly, the eccentricity formula is theoretically derived from the rectangular curved beam, and then a large number of grillage models are compared to obtain the general rules. The grillage convergence method is proposed to obtain the eccentricity, and the method is gradually extended to the box girder structure.The research results of this paper can provide guidance for the calculation accuracy of the eccentricity value of the curved swivel bridge.
