平行顶管施工及公路拓宽工程的相互影响研究

    顶管施工方法现在被越来越广泛地应用于地下综合管廊的建设工程中。针对某工程中三条地下综合管廊下穿公路的实际工程案例,采用三维数值方法模拟了其平行顶管施工过程,系统地分析了不同的管廊顶进顺序条件下上部公路及下部埋设污水管道变形量的变化规律,讨论得到了后续公路拓宽工程完成后已建成地下管廊及污水管线沉降量,并较为全面地研究了不同土体加固范围和深度对地下管廊顶管施工及道路拓宽工程中结构物变形量的降低程度。结果表明不同顶管顺序会影响已建成公路的变形量,最优顺序应率先进行两侧顶管施工;在公路拟拓宽区域进行土体加固可以降低顶管施工中地下结构物的沉降量,但在加固深度较浅时无法在公路拓宽工程中保证地下结构物的稳定性。

    Abstract:

    Pipe jacking method is now more and more widely used in the construction of underground complex pipe gallery. For the actual engineering case of three underground comprehensive pipe galleries crossing the highway in a certain project, the construction process of parallel pipe jacking is simulated by three-dimensional numerical method, and the variation law of deformation of upper highway and buried sewage pipeline under different jacking sequence of pipe galleries is systematically analyzed. The settlement of underground complex pipe galleries and sewage pipeline is discussed after the completion of subsequent highway extension project, and the reduction degree of deformation of the underground structures during the pipe galleries jacking construction and highway extension project by different soil reinforcement scope and depth is comprehensively studied. The results show that different pipe-jacking sequence will affect the deformation of the highway, and the optimal sequence should be first to carry out the pipe-jacking construction on both sides. Soil reinforcement can reduce the settlement of underground structures during pipe-jacking construction, but the stability of underground structures cannot be guaranteed during the highway extension project when the depth of reinforcement is shallow.
