大型整孔预制箱梁施工安全管理手段创新应用

近几年来国家高速公路发展迅速,大型预制整孔箱梁在公路施工中的应用也是非常广泛,沿海地区相继开始使用花瓶墩柱整孔箱梁工艺。在整孔箱梁设计、预制与安装等方面,技术也逐渐成熟,整孔预制箱梁的跨度、桥面宽度、重量和结构形式等都在不断刷新着新纪录。整孔预制箱梁由于单片梁板重、工艺复杂、设备操作要求高、事故后果严重等特点,给安全管理工作带来很大的难度,因此关于大型预制构件安全管理工作尤为重要。本文以浙江杭甬复线宁波一期工程为例,对50m1745t整孔箱梁预制、安装过程中安全管控进行阐述,供大家借鉴和学习。

Abstract:

SIn recent years, with the rapid development of the national highway, large prefabricated box girder is widely used in highway construction. In the whole span box girder design, prefabrication and installation, the technology is also gradually mature, the span, bridge deck width, weight and structural form of the whole span box girder are constantly breaking new records. The whole-hole precast box girder brings great difficulty to the safety management because of the characteristics of single beam plate weight, complex technology, high equipment Operation Requirement and serious accident consequence, therefore, the safety management of large precast components is particularly important. Taking the Ningbo Phase I project of hangzhou-ningbo double line in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper expounds the safety control during the prefabrication and installation of 50m1745t full-span box girder.
