在役预应力混凝土连续小箱梁桥承载能力试验研究

    摘要:

    通过某省道重载交通下预应力混凝土连续小箱梁桥的动静载试验,了解了此类桥梁在试验荷载作用下的实际受力状态与结构性能,检验桥跨结构的强度和刚度是否满足设计和规范要求。结果表明:在静力试验荷载下,第一联桥(3×30)m各控制断面的实测应力与挠度均大于理论计算值;桥梁结构不具有满足设计荷载的强度和刚度,承载能力不满足要求;正常车辆动荷载作用下,试验桥梁的实测冲击系数在正常范围以内。

    Abstract:

    The paper presents the actual mechanical behaviors and structural performances of prestressed concrete continuous small box girder Bridge under heavy traffic loads on the basis of the field static load tests, and to examine whether the strength and stiffness meet the requirement of design and system operation or not. The results show that the experiential displacements and stresses of the bridge whose span is 3×30m under the planned load test conditions is higher than of the analytical ones. It means that the strength and stiffness as well as carrying capacity of the bridge don’t meet the requirement of design and system operation. On the other hand, it is found that the measured impact coefficient of the bridge is observed not significant.
