    摘要:

    依托上海G15嘉浏段拓宽改建工程,研究木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、玄武岩纤维和高强添加剂等对SMA-13沥青混合料路用性能的影响。基于G15嘉浏段现场条件及未来使用需求,采用确定适用于G15嘉浏段高速公路沥青面层的纤维和外掺剂类型。采用室内试验对沥青混合料的路用性能进行分析,结果表明掺入木质素纤维的SMA-13的沥青混合料的路用性能较好,可有效满足G15嘉浏段高速公路运营使用需求。最后对拌和厂实际生产的沥青混合料的性能进行评价。

    Abstract:

    Relying on the widening and reconstruction project of G15 Jialiu section in Shanghai, the influence of lignin fiber, polyester fiber, basalt fiber and high-strength additives on the road performance of SMA-13 asphalt mixture was studied. Based on the site conditions of G15 Jialiu section and future use requirements, the types of fibers and admixtures that are suitable for the asphalt surface of the G15 Jialiu section of expressway are adopted. The indoor test was used to analyze the road performance of the asphalt mixture, and the results showed that the road performance of the SMA-13 asphalt mixture mixed with lignin fiber was better, and it could effectively meet the operating requirements of the G15 Jialiu section of the expressway. Finally, the performance of the asphalt mixture actually produced by the mixing plant is evaluated.
