城市桥下空间利用研究

摘要:

本文通过对西安市城市立交桥、高架桥桥下空间的利用情况调查,分析总结成功的经验和存在的问题,以提高交通效率、增强服务功能、改善生态环境、提升城市品质等为目标,以“以人为本、因地制宜、一桥一策”为原则,基于城市需求和建设条件,将桥下空间利用进行分类研究,按照“合规性、安全性、效率性、适宜性、景观性”的设计理念,提出各类型典型桥下空间利用的设计对策和设计方案,为桥下空间的合理利用提供技术参考。

Abstract:

: This paper analyzed and summarized successes and existing problems based on the survey on the space utilization under the urban overpasses and viaducts in Xi"an. In this way, the target of enhancing traffic efficiency, service functions, ecological environment, and urban quality can be achieved in accordance with the principle of putting people first, adjusting measures to local conditions, and setting up one plan to one bridge. More precisely, space utilization under the bridge was first studied on classification according to urban demands and construction conditions. On this basis, design strategies and schemes were proposed for various typical space utilization under the bridge in conformity with the design concept of “compliance, safety, efficiency, suitability, and landscape”. It can provide technical reference for reasonably utilizing spaces under the bridge.
