小型城镇污水厂节能降耗措施与实践

    摘要:

    针对小城镇污水处理厂出水标准提高和节能降耗之间矛盾,建立涵盖污水处理厂效能综合评估、管理节能、控制节能、设备节能等节能降耗途径的综合节能方案。以昆山某污水处理厂为例,从设施精简、设备更新、控制优化,依次开展节能降耗工作,在污水稳定达标排放的情况下用电单耗降低32.5%,为小型城镇污水处理厂节能降耗提供可借鉴的范例。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the contradiction between the improvement of the effluent standard of sewage treatment plants in small towns and energy saving and consumption reduction, a comprehensive energy saving plan covering energy saving and consumption reduction methods such as comprehensive evaluation of sewage treatment plant efficiency, management energy saving, control energy saving, and equipment energy saving has been established. Taking a sewage treatment plant in Kunshan as an example, it has carried out energy-saving and consumption-reduction work in sequence from facility streamlining, equipment renewal, and control optimization. Under the condition of stable sewage discharge and up to standard, the unit power consumption is reduced by 32.5%, which is an energy-saving reduction for small-scale urban sewage treatment plants. Consumption provides examples that can be used for reference.
