国内外混凝土桥梁寿命与耐久性设计进展

    摘要:

    针对国内外混凝土桥梁实际使用寿命不满足设计使用寿命要求的热点问题,围绕桥梁寿命和耐久性设计展开调查研究。本文指出了桥梁短寿与耐久性设计考虑不足有关,阐述了国内外混凝土桥梁耐久性设计方法的发展历程,分析了国内外相关规范或指南对设计方法的差异性,对比了四种耐久性验算方法,结果表明:大多数国家规范中耐久性设计采用的是经验设计法,欧盟CEB-FIP 2010规范、日本JSCE指南和我国《混凝土结构耐久性设计规范》采用定量设计法,指出分项系数法与其他方法相比更为实用。欧盟规范考虑的更为充分具体,我国规范仅用条文分析法而未给出验算模型和方法,与国外规范存在一定差距。最后提出了混凝土桥梁耐久性设计流程框架,对保障桥梁年限有一定的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In view of the hot issue that the actual service life of concrete Bridges abroad does not meet the design service life requirements, the investigation and research on the design of bridge life and durability are carried out. This paper points out that the short life of Bridges is related to the insufficient consideration of durability design, expounds the development history of durability design methods of concrete Bridges abroad, analyzes the differences between methods and in relevant codes or guidelines abroad, and compares four durability checking calculation methods. The results show that: Most national specifications adopt empirical design method. The quantitative analysis method is adopted in CEB-fip 2010 specification of European Union, JSCE guideline of Japan and Durability Design Specification of Concrete Structures in China, pointing out that the method of partial coefficient is more practical than other methods. The CEB-fip 2010 standard considers more fully and concretely, but the Chinese standard only uses the article analysis method without giving the calculation model and method, which has a certain gap with the foreign standard. Finally, bridge durability design flow frame of concrete bridge is put forward, which has application value to guarantee the bridge service life.
