复合纤维改性SMA沥青混合料路用性能及工程应用

    摘要:

    为提升SMA混合料的路用性能,通过室内试验研究不同纤维比例对SMA混合料路用性能的影响规律,并依托试验段对其路用性能进行验证。结果表明,随着玄武岩纤维与木质素纤维比例从3:0变化至0:3,SMA混合料动稳定度及抗疲劳性能下降、低温抗裂性能上升、水稳定性呈抛物线变化;与单掺纤维SMA混合料相比,复合纤维SMA沥青混合料性能更加均衡全面。基于综合性能与材料经济性最佳原则,推荐SMA混合料中的玄武岩纤维与木质素纤维复掺比例为1.5:1.5,经试验段证明其路用效果较正常路段良好。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the road performance of the SMA mixture, the influence of different fiber ratios on the road performance of the SMA mixture was studied through indoor experiments, and its road performance was verified by the test section. The results show that as the ratio of basalt fiber to lignin fiber changes from 3:0 to 0:3, the dynamic stability and fatigue resistance of the SMA mixture decrease, the low-temperature crack resistance performance increases, and the water stability changes parabolicly. Compared with fiber SMA mixture, the performance of composite fiber SMA asphalt mixture is more balanced and comprehensive. Based on the principle of the best comprehensive performance and material economy, the recommended ratio of basalt fiber and lignin fiber in the SMA mixture is 1.5:1.5. The test section proves that the road effect is better than the normal road section.
