顶管技术在城市排水管道施工中的应用研究

随着城市人口的不断增长,城市地下空间的发展程度不断提高,顶管法在城市地下空间地下管道(包括排水管道、电力管道等)的建设中得到了广泛的应用。本文结合顶管技术的特点,分析了顶管技术在城市地下排水管道施工过程中可能出现的施工技术难点和重点问题,并提出了一些处理措施。并以某市顶管排水管道施工实际工程为例,结合数值模拟手段,详细介绍了不同顶管施工技术在此类地质条件下的施工特性,包括土压型平衡顶管技术、泥水型平衡顶管技术、气压型平衡顶管技术,得出泥水型平衡顶管更适宜此类土层的结论。

Swith the continuous growth of urban population, the development degree of urban underground space continues to improve, Application of pipe jacking method in urban underground space (including drainage pipeline, power pipeline, etc.) has been widely used in the construction. Combined with the characteristics of pipe jacking technology, this paper analyzes the possible construction technical difficulties and key problems of pipe jacking technology in the construction of urban underground drainage pipeline, and puts forward some treatment measures, The construction characteristics of different pipe jacking construction technologies under such geological conditions are introduced in detail, including earth pressure balanced pipe jacking technology, mud water balanced pipe jacking technology and pneumatic balanced pipe jacking technology. It is concluded that mud water balanced pipe jacking is more suitable for this kind of soil layer.
