武汉高新三路快速化改造总体方案设计

摘要:

高新三路是武汉市新一轮城市总体规划确定的“六环二十四射多联”的重要快速路射线,现状为武黄高速公路以高路基形式穿越城市建成区,严重制约区域的融合发展,暨需进行城市快速化改造,实现道路功能的转变。本次研究从道路的功能定位出发,结合建设条件、交通需求的分析,对建设形式、建设规模进行论证,对总体方案布置、立交及出入口匝道布置、主要立交节点方案进行深入研究,通过多方案比选,从交通功能、用地匹配、实施难度、环境景观以及经济合理性等角度充分论证,提出优选方案,为类似“高改快”项目的设计和建设提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:

Gaoxin third road is an important expressway ray of “6 ring 24 shot multiple” expressway network designed by the new round of urban master planning. The current situation is that wuhuang expressway crosses the urban built-up area in the form of high subgrade. It seriously restricts the integrated development of regions and the need for rapid urban transformation to realize the transformation of road function. This study starts from the functional orientation of the road combined with the analysis of construction conditions and traffic demand. Then we demonstrate the construction form and scale, conduct in-depth study on the overall scheme layout, interchange and entrance ramp layout, and main interchange node schemes. Through comparison and selection of multiple schemes, we fully demonstrate from the perspectives of traffic function, land matching, implementation difficulty, environmental landscape and economic rationality. Then we put forward the optimal scheme, which provides a useful reference for the design and construction of similar projects in expressway reconstruction on highway.
