Abstract:This steel structure bridge project consists of the main bridge and the approach bridge. One span of the main bridge spans the busy inland river channel and crosses it obliquely; the main bridge structure is designed as a spatially twisted section steel truss girder, and the approach bridge is designed as a simply supported steel box beam. During the construction of the project, the available space of the bridge position was fully considered to minimize the impact on the waterway. The shore position was hoisted by a truck crane, and the waterway position was hoisted by an overall large-section floating crane. The construction areas do not interfere with each other, and multiple points can be used. Construction at the same time. The side spans of the main bridge are hoisted by horizontally spliced ??truss pieces, and the mid-span parts are hoisted by vertical splicing as a whole and large sections. Auxiliary tooling is designed specifically to ensure the installation accuracy and quality of the spatially twisted sections of the main truss girder. Project construction experience can be used to guide the construction of similar bridges.
