污水处理厂产泥量分析与减量措施

    摘要:

    针对近年来国内部分污水处理厂出现的产泥量高于行业平均值的现象,以杭州某水务集团下设三座污水处理厂为例,通过对污水处理厂无机污泥、生化污泥、化学污泥和调理剂污泥进行分项计算与分析,发现管网带入颗粒性无机物浓度高、进水水质浓度提升和排放标准提高为产泥量升高的主要原因,为此提出运行参数优化、解耦联剂添加、微生物捕食、除磷药剂精确投加、调理剂优选、污泥破壁回用等污泥减量措施,为污水处理厂泥线设计和运行管理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In response to the phenomenon that some domestic sewage treatment plants have higher than the industry average in recent years, three sewage treatment plants under a water affairs group in Hangzhou are taken as an example. Sub-item calculation and analysis of sludge and conditioner sludge found that the high concentration of particulate inorganic matter brought into the pipe network, the increase in the concentration of influent water quality and the increase in discharge standards are the main reasons for the increase in sludge production. For this reason, operating parameters are proposed Sludge reduction measures such as optimization, decoupling agent addition, microbial predation, precise dosing of phosphorus removal agents, optimization of conditioners and sludge wall-breaking reuse, provide reference for the design and operation management of the sewage treatment plant"s mud line .
