城市重大市政设施数字化转型分析

随着城市化进程的速度不断加快,作为保障城市正常运营的基本生命线,市政设施的建设和发展尤为重要。在生态保护和可持续性发展的时代背景下,为推进市政设施健康发展,城市重大市政设施数字化转型是一条必经之路。市政设施数字化转型将以建立市政基础设施智能化管理平台为目标,通过对市政设施运行数据的全面感知和自动采集,实现市政问题的智能预警和应急处置。本文以城市地下空间、道路交通、水务、环保、应急消防、城市信息模型(CIM)等为例,分别梳理数字化转型过程中的工作基础、法规政策与标准规范、国内外先进经验和问题瓶颈与发展趋势,从而提出对城市重大市政设施数字化转型的建议。

Abstract:

With the speed of urbanization, as the basic lifeline to ensure the normal operation of the city, the construction and development of municipal facilities is particularly important. In the context of ecological protection and sustainable development, in order to promote the healthy development of municipal facilities, digital transformation of urban major municipal facilities is a necessary path. The digital transformation of municipal facilities will take the establishment of municipal infrastructure intelligent management platform as the goal, through the comprehensive perception and automatic collection of the operation data of municipal facilities, realize the intelligent early warning and emergency treatment of municipal problems. Based on the urban underground space, road traffic, water, environmental protection, emergency fire, city information model (CIM) and so on, the article respectively summarizes the process of combing the digital transformation work foundation, regulations, policies and standards, domestic and foreign advanced experience, the bottleneck problem and development trend. At last, suggestions to digital transformation of major municipal facilities put forwards.
