低黏高弹改性沥青及其混合料性能研究

    摘要:

    针对目前已有的超薄磨耗层技术,以保证沥青高温稳定性且大幅提高其低温抗裂性和疲劳性能为目的,自主研发一种低黏高弹改性沥青,并对其胶结料及混合料性能进行研究。试验结果表明,低黏高弹改性沥青具有高软化点、低黏度和高弹性,施工和易性良好;该沥青的PG分级为PG76-18,具有良好的高温流变性能及低温性能;低黏高弹改性沥青混合料EMC-10具有良好的高温稳定性、水稳定性,同时具有优异的低温抗裂性和疲劳性能,可适用于高弹高强超薄罩面。

    Abstract:

    For the existing Ultra-thin cover, the purpose is to ensure the high-temperature stability of asphalt and greatly improve its low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue performance, a modified asphalt with low viscosity and high elasticity was developed, the properties of its binder and mixture are studied . The test results show that, the modified asphalt with low viscosity and high elasticity has high softening point, low viscosity and high elasticity, and has good workability ; The PG grade of the asphalt is PG76-18, and has good high temperature rheological properties and good low temperature properties; modified asphalt with low viscosity and high elasticity mixture EMC-10 has good high temperature stability and water stability. At the same time, it has excellent low temperature crack resistance and fatigue performance . It can be used for the Ultra-thin cover of high elasticity and high strength.
