水平MJS在超深扰动土体洞口加固中的应用

    摘要:

    杭州市新建地铁7号线建耕风井站~建设三路站区间在运营地铁2号线车站下方出洞接收,洞门内底埋深27.98m,拟加固土体中存在先期基坑抢险应急注浆遗留的水泥硬块,提出采用水平MJS对超深扰动土体进行加固的施工方法。同时解决了特殊工况下存在洞门侧面水平作业空间受限、前端喷浆盲区处理以及超深引孔防喷涌的施工难点。总结了在超深扰动土体中制约水平MJS施工工效的技术问题,为国内特殊工况下的MJS工法水平施工提供现场经验,推动复杂条件下水平MJS工法的技术革新、设备改良以及工艺优化,以满足更深层的地下空间需求。

    Abstract:

    Section from Jiangeng Fengjing station to JiansheThird Road station of Hangzhou's newly built Metro Line 7 under the station that operates Metro Line 2,the depth of the inner bottom of the hole is 27.98m,there are hard cement blocks left by emergency grouting during the early rescue of the foundation pit in the soil to be reinforced,when the shield machine exits the hole,a construction method using horizontal MJS technology for reinforcement is proposed.At the same time,it solves the construction difficulties of limited horizontal working space on the side of the portal,and treatment of the front-end shotcrete blind area,and ultra-deep lead hole anti-gushing construction.Summarizes the technical issues restricting the work efficiency of horizontal MJS construction in ultra-deep disturbed soil,Provide field experience for horizontal MJS construction under special domestic conditions,It is expected to promote the technological innovation, equipment improvement and process optimization of the horizontal MJS method under complex conditions to meet the needs of deeper underground space.
