“双碳”目标下交通绿色转型相关举措研究

交通领域碳排放对气候变化有较大影响，受城镇化进程不断推进，机动车保有量快速增长以及新能源利用率和“公转铁”使用率低等因素影响，交通领域碳排放仍将持续增加。为实现“双碳”目标，本文针对交通领域碳排放现状进行分析，深入研究碳排放增长的主要因素，并从规划引领、政策引导、结构调整、科技赋能、理念更新等方面提出推动交通绿色低碳发展的相关举措，为交通领域早日实现“双碳”目标提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:

Carbon emissions from transportation have a great impact on climate change, with the continuous progress of urbanization, Rapid growth of vehicle ownership, Low utilization rate of new energy and Road transportation transformed into railway transportation, Carbon emissions in transportation sector will continue to increase. To achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral, this paper analyzes the current situation of carbon emissions in the field of transportation, makes a profound study on the main factors of carbon emission growth, and puts forward relevant measures to promote green and low-carbon development of transportation from the planning guidance, policy guidance, structural adjustment, science and technology empowerment, concept renewal and other aspects, we can provide some reference for the early realization of carbon peak and carbon neutral in the field of transportation.
