复杂交通环境下异形路口改造方法及效用评价

机动车保有量的迅猛增长致使城市道路路网交通压力剧增,一些早期规划设计的道路条件已难以满足现况城市大交通量通行需求,特别是交通组织复杂的异形路口,拥堵情况更为突出,往往是制约道路通行能力的“咽喉”,亟待对其进行相关研究并制定改善策略。本文以酒仙桥大山子路口疏堵改造工程为例,在对现状拥堵成因分析的基础上,提出了异形路口工程改造方案,并通过实地调研对方案进行效用评价。研究结果表明：工程改造实施后,交叉口交通量增加、通行能力提高,交通组织得以优化完善,路口交通秩序得以提升。验证了该方案有效性,并为该类型交叉口的设计及运行管理提供技术参考。

Abstract:

The rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles leads to the sharp increase of the traffic pressure on the urban road network. The road conditions of some early planning and design have been difficult to meet the current urban traffic demand, especially for the complex traffic organization of special-shaped intersections, where the congestion is more prominent and often becomes the throat restricting the road capacity. It is urgent to carry out relevant research and formulate improvement strategies This paper takes Jiuxianqiao Dashanzi intersection as an example, based on the analysis of the causes of the current congestion, puts forward the reconstruction scheme of special-shaped intersection. The effectiveness of the scheme is evaluated through field research. The results show that the traffic volume and capacity of the intersection are increased, the traffic organization is optimized, and the traffic order is improved. The effectiveness of the scheme is verified, and it provides a technical reference for the design and operation management of this type of intersection.
