In order to study the long-span composite girder cable-stayed bridge under different seismic systems and with different damping parameters, this paper takes a 385m-span Siyang Taoyuan Bridge of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal as the background, compares seismic capacity of three systems: no-connection, with viscous dampers, with elastic cables. The seismic response changes under different parameters are compared and the seismic force transmission paths under different systems are studied. The results show that proper parameters of dampers and isolation bearings can greatly reduce the displacement and internal forces of key components, thus improve the seismic performance. Finally, the reasonable design parameters of the background bridge are given, which provides reference for the seismic design of the same type of structures.
