城市道路空间是人民群众的共同财富,如果我们能够发展和设计好道路空间,让道路空间为美好且令人民群众满足的地方,那么将在新一轮城市更新中极大提升人民群众的幸福感和获得感。以长沙市三一大道—岳麓大道道路空间品质提升为例,秉承“以人为本”的宗旨,采用街道全要素设计的全新道路空间品质提升模式,强化城市街区发展,淡化道路红线,关注人文关怀。通过精细化、人性化的设计打造安全、精致、人文、绿色、活力和智慧的城市道路空间。
