基于市政多专业的综合养护思考

本文从市政养护工作所涉及到的不同专业领域的入手,介绍了上海市独特的城市管理模式下,市政道路、园林景观、环卫以及水务行业相关养护工作的监管现状。同时,以上海市相关区域近年来实施的综合养护试点为背景,阐述多专业背景下综合养护工作中的探索与思考。

Abstract:

This paper starts with different areas of expertise, which are involved in municipal facilities maintenance work. The current regulatory status of municipal roads, landscape, environmental sanitation and water affairs under unique urban management mode of Shanghai is introduced. Meanwhile, based on pilot integrated maintenance implemented in related areas of Shanghai in recent years, explorations and reflections in integrated maintenance work under backgrounds of multi discipline are expounded in this paper.
