提质增效及海绵城市的双理念住宅小区系统化改造策略研究

小区是污水产生源头,其作为污水提质增效关键一环的同时,也是海绵城市建设的重要载体。目前,各城市开展污水提质增效工作中重视市政排水系统完善,但针对小区排水系统存在的错接混接、管网缺陷等重视不足,导致源头地块污水浓度较低、内部积水等问题。本文通过结合提质增效及海绵城市的双理念,系统梳理小区系统化改造实施策略,将海绵理念融入排水系统化改造中,提出了系统化改造思路,将小区建筑立管和埋地管网改造都分为4类。同时以华东地区某一小区为具体研究案例,以期为双理念下的小区系统化改造提供指导与参考,改造工程完成后,实现源头排水清污分离,解决内部积水问题,提高雨水利用量,改善居住环境。

Abstract:

Residential area is the source of sewage production. As a key part of sewage quality and efficiency improvement, it is also an important carrier of sponge city construction. At present, cities attach great importance to the improvement of municipal drainage systems in the work of improving sewage quality and efficiency, but they do not pay enough attention to the staggered and mixed connection and pipe network defects in residential drainage systems. This leads to problems such as low sewage concentration and internal water accumulation in the source plot. By combining the dual concepts of quality improvement and efficiency improvement and sponge city, this paper systematically sorts out the implementation strategies of the systematic transformation of the community. The idea of sponge was integrated into the systematic transformation of drainage, and the idea of systematic transformation was put forward. The residential building riser and buried pipe network reconstruction are divided into four categories. Taking a certain community in East China as a specific research case, it is expected to provide guidance and reference for the systematic transformation of the community under the dual concept. After the completion of the renovation project, it will realize the separation of source drainage and sewage, solve the problem of internal water accumulation, increase the utilization of rainwater, and improve the living environment.
