Abstract:E-Cheng Bridge is located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province. It is a two-way 6-lane bridge over the Dongjiang River on the urban main road. The width of the river at the bridge is 600 m. The bridge landscape is closely combined with the local cultural, echoing the millennia-old reputation of Huizhou as "Goose City". The main bridge adopts four-span continuous diagonal space special-shaped tie arch bridge, the main span is 180m, using arch, tower and beam consolidation, pier and beam separation system. The main girder innovatively adopts the structural form of orthogonal special-shaped steel bridge panel and multi-piece box girder. The arch rib is composed of five systems, including the main arch rib, the auxiliary arch rib, the oblique bar between the main and auxiliary arch ribs, the curved bar between the two pairs of arches and the horizontal cable between the curved bar and other components. The center line of the arch rib of the main arch is a spatial skew curve, and the slings are arranged in a spatial radioactive way. The slings are parallel steel wire slings. The main beam, the arch rib system and the goose tower are all made of Q345qD bridge structural steel. The substructure adopts C40 vase shaped pier column and underwater C35 bored pile group foundation.
