Abstract:SNingbo Xindian bridge adopts the beam-arch integral walking-type incremental launching. The span of the bridge is 213M, the length of the bridge is 221.6m, and the maximum push span is 70m. Compared with the bridges with similar construction methods, it has the characteristics and difficulties of flexible main beam, large push span, large push weight, vertical curve of main beam and sudden change of beam height. It is a bridge with great construction difficulty in similar construction methods. According to the actual construction scheme and steps, the whole process model of jacking is established to check the main structure in the construction process. The check items include the strength of the main structure, the local stability of the tie beam web at the fulcrum, the check of the stiffener at the support position, the column stability at the support position on the beam, etc. Combined with the calculation results, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and requirements for the construction process, which has a certain reference significance for bridges with the same type of construction mode.
