    摘要:

    宁波新典桥采用拱梁整体步履式顶推施工,桥梁跨度213m,桥长221.6m,最大顶推跨度为70m,相对于采用同类施工方式的桥梁,具有主梁较柔、顶推跨度较大、顶推重量较大、主梁有竖曲线且梁高有突变等特点与难点,在同类施工方式中属于施工难度很大的一座桥梁。本文根据实际施工方案和步骤,建立顶推全过程模型对施工过程中的主体结构进行验算,验算项包括主体结构的强度、支点处系梁腹板的局部稳定、支承位置加劲肋的验算、梁上支架位置的压柱稳定等。并结合计算结果对施工过程提出相关的建议和要求,对于同类型施工方式的桥梁具有一定的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    SNingbo Xindian bridge adopts the beam-arch integral walking-type incremental launching. The span of the bridge is 213M, the length of the bridge is 221.6m, and the maximum push span is 70m. Compared with the bridges with similar construction methods, it has the characteristics and difficulties of flexible main beam, large push span, large push weight, vertical curve of main beam and sudden change of beam height. It is a bridge with great construction difficulty in similar construction methods. According to the actual construction scheme and steps, the whole process model of jacking is established to check the main structure in the construction process. The check items include the strength of the main structure, the local stability of the tie beam web at the fulcrum, the check of the stiffener at the support position, the column stability at the support position on the beam, etc. Combined with the calculation results, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and requirements for the construction process, which has a certain reference significance for bridges with the same type of construction mode.
