    摘要:

    本文基于某桥梁工程实例展开分析,借助Midas Civil对该项目浇筑工序所用挂篮进行仿真模拟,确定了浇筑作业时挂篮的内力水平及变形情况,同时验算了挂篮结构的稳定性,结果表明:挂篮悬浇梁能够起到节省材料的作用;(2)该桥箱梁的截面高度大,腹板混凝土荷载较大,底篮纵梁弹性变形接近容许值,采用分层浇筑至顶板对称施工,可以控制分层厚度;(3)挂篮施工时,需反复调整锚杆内锚固力和吊带装置;(4)挂篮施工受到风荷载侧向作用力影响时,需考虑保温材料荷载。为桥梁悬臂挂篮施工提供了指导和参考。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, based on the analysis of a bridge engineering example, the simulation of the hanging basket used in the pouring process of the project was carried out with the help of Midas Civil, to determine the level of internal force and deformation of the hanging basket during the pouring operation, and check the stability of the hanging basket structure, the results show that: hanging basket hanging beam can play a role of material saving; (2) The section height of the box girder of the bridge is large, the concrete load of the web is large, the elastic deformation of the bottom rail is close to the allowable value, and the layer thickness can be controlled by the layered pouring to the symmetrical construction of the roof; (3) During the construction of the hanging basket, the anchoring force and sling device in the bolt should be adjusted repeatedly; (4) When the construction of hanging basket is affected by the lateral force of wind load, the load of insulation material should be considered. It provides guidance and reference for bridge cantilever hanging basket construction.
