长三角一体化中地方政府合作机制探析——以打通省际断头路项目为例

随着长三角一体化的快速发展 ，各城市间打通断头路的需求不断增加。本文梳理了长三角一体化过程中政府间为了打通省际断头路所形成的合作机制，总结了合作机制运行中的不足，并提出了推进合作机制的相关意见。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, the demand for the road construction between cities is increasing. This paper sorts out the cooperation mechanism formed between governments for road construction in the process of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, summarizes the shortcomings in the operation of the cooperation mechanism, and puts forward relevant opinions on the mechanism for promoting cooperation.
