    摘要:

    随着上海的城市建设逐步转向地下空间的开发和利用,基坑工程逐步呈现“深、大、近、紧、难、险”的特点,基坑降水工程的排水问题越来越显著,不但影响地下水资源环境和地表水环境质量,同时易对污水处理厂造成冲击负荷。本文研究了上海基坑降水工程概况,分析了基坑降水工程排水存在的问题,建议建立基坑降水工程取水排水许可制度、加强基坑降水工程工地排水监管、征收基坑降水工程水资源费和污水处理费以及加强信息化建设和资源共享,以强化基坑降水工程的排水管控,实现可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    With the development and utilization of underground space in Shanghai's urban construction, the foundation pit project gradually shows the characteristics of "deep, large, near, tight, difficult and dangerous", and the drainage problem of the foundation pit dewatering project is becoming more and more significant,which not only affects the groundwater resource environment and surface water environmental quality, but also easily causes impact load on the sewage treatment plant. This paper studies the overview of the foundation pit dewatering project in Shanghai, analyzes the drainage problems of the foundation pit dewatering project, and proposes to establish a water intake and drainage permit system for the foundation pit dewatering project, strengthen the drainage supervision of the foundation pit dewatering project site, collect the water resource fee and sewage treatment fee of the foundation pit dewatering project, and strengthen the information construction and resource sharing to strengthen the drainage control of the foundation pit dewatering project and achieve sustainable development.
