    摘要:

    为使水流调配工作更合理,以祁家豁子站和学清站2016-2020年汛期降雨资料为基础,用统计学方法进行整理分析。分析得出两站汛期总雨量基本持平,降雨空间分布相差大,暴雨雨量占比大,降雨存在集中性特点。针对典型降雨进行数据比对,得出“7.20”降雨历时更长,总雨量持平,降水强度相对平缓。在未来工作中,为减少暴雨对社会造成的危害,需要提前降低水位、削减河道水位峰值,并根据雨水情预报及时主动调控闸门。

    Abstract:

    In order to make the water flow allocation more reasonable, based on the rainfall data of flood season in 2016-2020 at Qijiahuozi station and Xueqing station, statistical methods are used for sorting and analysis. The analysis shows that the total rainfall of the two stations in flood season is basically the same, the spatial distribution of precipitation is quite different, the proportion of rainstorm rainfall is large, and the rainfall has the characteristics of concentration. Comparing the data of typical rainfall, it is concluded that the "7.20" precipitation lasts longer, the total rainfall is flat, and the precipitation intensity is relatively flat. In the future , in order to reduce the harm of rainstorm to society, it is necessary to reduce the water level in advance, reduce the peak value of river water level, and actively regulate the gate in time according to the rain and water situation forecast.
