    摘要:

    GAC-20C沥青混凝土因其良好的骨架效果,具有优良的抗车辙、抗渗、抗疲劳性能,在我国高温多雨的华南地区大范围应用于高速公路中面层的铺筑,但它的骨架密实型结构决定了其性能及使用寿命大幅受到施工工艺的影响。为提高华南地区GAC-20C沥青混凝土的施工质量,以广东省阳茂高速项目为依托,对中面层的原材料控制、配合比设计、施工关键环节开展研究,以期为类似项目提供一定的参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    GAC-20C asphalt concrete has excellent anti-rutting, anti-permeability and anti-fatigue properties due to its excellent skeleton effect. It is widely used in the paving of the intermediate layer of highway in South China where is high temperature and rainy. However, its skeleton dense structure determines that its performance and service life are greatly affected by the construction technology. In order to improve the construction quality of GAC-20C asphalt concrete in South China, based on Yangmao highway project in Guangdong Province, the raw material control, mixture ratio design and key construction links of the intermediate layer are studied in order to provide some reference for similar projects.
