明挖隧道基坑对邻近高铁桥梁位移影响分析

    摘要:

    正在实施的中山市省道S268线岐江公路古镇同兴路口改造工程计划将一现状平交路口改造为东西向主线下穿南北向道路、东西向辅道设置地面道路与南北向道路平交的菱形立交。其中主线下穿隧道小桩号U型槽段呈平面36°下穿广珠城际铁路高架桥梁,U型槽基坑距铁路承台最近平面距离约4m,影响段落最深开挖深度为5.1m。项目设计阶段,针对U型槽基坑开挖施工对邻近铁路桥梁位移的影响进行了三维数值计算分析,相关计算报告文件已通过广铁集团审查,项目已顺利开展施工。本文即对已完成的数值计算分析进行复盘,并重点提出本项目三维计算过程中的要点及注意事项,以期为类似工程项目提供有益参考。

    Abstract:

    The ongoing reconstruction project of Tongxing intersection in Guzhen of Qijiang highway on Zhongshan provincial highway S268 plans to transform an existing level crossing into a diamond interchange with an east-west main line crossing under the north-south road and an east-west road crossing the north-south road. The U-shaped groove section of the main line crosses under the viaduct of railway at 36 °, the distance between the U-shaped groove foundation pit and the nearest plane of the railway bearing platform is about 4m, and the deepest excavation depth of the affected section is 5.1m. In the design stage of the project, three-dimensional numerical calculation and analysis were carried out on the impact of U-groove foundation pit excavation on the displacement of adjacent railway bridges. The relevant calculation report documents have been reviewed and approved by Guangzhou Railway Group, and the project has been successfully carried out. This paper reviews the completed numerical calculation and analysis, and focuses on the key points and precautions in the three-dimensional calculation process of this project, in order to provide a useful reference for similar projects.
