软土地区交通重载下条形深基坑支护设计

    摘要:

    借助上海市隆昌路下立交条形深基坑工程,从围护选型、支护设计、验算与实测总结交通重载下的支护设计重点和难点,主要得到以下结论:从安全性和经济性考虑,10m以内基坑采用型钢水泥土搅拌墙较合理。采用同济启明星软件进行设计验算,各项控制指标均满足规范要求,但实际围护变形量明显偏大。通过对现场施工工况、变形数据的整理和分析,此次变形过大的主要原因为支撑不及时、降水效果不佳、周边交通重载持续作用、围护刚度偏弱。在加强现场施工管理等措施的前提下,仍需要针对此类基坑的支护进行加强设计,例如部分深基坑考虑型钢密插以提高围护刚度;地基加固抽条间距加密,加固深度加深;建议钢支撑间距加密至3~3.5m。

    Abstract:

    Based on the strip deep foundation pit project of overpass under Long-chang road in Shanghai, the key points and difficulties of support design under heavy traffic are summarized from the selection of enclosure, support design, checking calculation and actual measurement. The main conclusions are as follows: considering the safety and economy, it is more reasonable to use section steel cement soil mixing wall for foundation pit within 10m. Tongji FRWS software is used for design checking, and all control indexes meet the specification requirements, but the actual enclosure deformation is obviously too large. Through the sorting and analysis of on-site construction conditions and deformation data, the main reasons for the excessive deformation are untimely support, poor precipitation effect, continuous heavy load of surrounding traffic and weak enclosure stiffness. On the premise of strengthening on-site construction management and other measures, it is still necessary to strengthen the design for the support of this kind of foundation pit. For example, some deep foundation pits consider the close insertion of section steel to improve the retaining stiffness; The spacing of strip drawing for foundation reinforcement is densified, and the reinforcement depth is deepened; It is recommended that the spacing of steel supports be densified to 3 ~ 3.5m.
