    摘要:

    为确保盖挖逆作法地铁车站钢管柱施工质量和经济性,依托贵阳地铁某号线一期工程中曹司站钢管柱定位施工背景,采用钢套管内人工定位方法,分别从定位方法比选、技术控制要点、施工重难点控制措施、实施成效等方面进行分析阐述。通过该工程145根钢管柱人工定位结果来看,钢管柱实际定位进度平均为1.7根/天,工期节约15天;实际施工费用为4.3万元/根,降低工程成本平均为1.6万元/根。研究结论:该工程选择钢套管内人工定位钢管柱是相对合理的,技术经济成果显著,在一定程度上可为其他类似工程钢管柱定位施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the construction quality and economy of steel pipe column in subway station by cover excavation reverse method, relying on the positioning construction background of steel pipe column in Zhongcaosi subway station of a phase I project of Guiyang metro line, adopts the manual positioning method in the steel casing, which is analyzed and expounded from the aspects of positioning method comparison and selection, technical control points, construction key and difficult point control measures, implementation effect and so on. According to the manual positioning results of 145 steel pipe columns, the average actual positioning progress of steel pipe columns is 1.7 pieces / day, and the construction period is saved by 15 days; The actual construction cost is 43000 yuan / piece, and the average reduced project cost is 16000 yuan / piece. Research conclusion: the selection of manual positioning of steel pipe column in steel casing is relatively reasonable, and the technical and economic achievements are remarkable. It can provide reference for the positioning construction of steel pipe columns in other similar projects.
