新新公路（广惠高速至广深公路段）改线建设工程方案研究

新新公路（广惠高速至广深公路段）是增城区西部连接中新镇与新塘镇一条重要的南北向干道，因新塘高铁站的建设，导致新塘镇向北连接中新镇的唯一干道新新公路被截断。为保证南北方向的畅通，需要对新新公路进行改线，维持既有南北向动脉的功能，同时兼具新塘站外围道路集散功能。本文在周边有大量住宅区、多条铁路以及快速路围绕的复杂且空间狭窄的建设条件下，对工程的规划分析、功能定位、主要技术标准、交通流量预测和工程设计方案进行了介绍和分析，以期为类似项目提供参考。

Abstract:

Xinxin highway (Guanghui Expressway to Guangshen highway section) is an important north-south trunk road connecting Zhongxin town and Xintang Town in the west of Zengcheng district. Due to the construction of Xintang high-speed railway station, Xinxin highway, the only trunk road connecting Xintang Town to Zhongxin town in the north, has been cut off. In order to ensure the smoothness of the north-south direction, it is necessary to reroute the Xinxin highway to maintain the function of the existing north-south artery and the distribution function of the roads around Xintang station. Under the construction conditions of complex and narrow space surrounded by a large number of residential areas, multiple railways and expressways, this paper introduces and analyzes the planning analysis, function positioning, main technical standards, traffic flow prediction and engineering design scheme of the project, in order to provide reference for similar projects.
