广州市黄埔大道交通拥堵成因分析及解决方案

摘要:

黄埔大道是广州中心城区重要的东西向交通走廊，交通拥堵对中心城区的交通出行、商业活动、休闲旅游、市民体验有重大影响。通过对黄埔大道所处的地理位置及交通功能理解，将黄埔大道交通状态放入我国经济和城填化快速发展的大背景中，结合广州城市空间发展和产业布置，回顾广州城市发展过程中面临的实际情况，找出黄埔大道交通拥堵原因。从广州市主骨架路网结构，片区低等级规划路网，城市更新，绿色公共交通和交通需求管理等多纬度提出交通拥堵解决方案。

Abstract:

Huangpu Avenue is an important east-west traffic corridor in the central district of Guangzhou, and its traffic congestion has a significant impact on traffic travel, commercial activities, leisure tourism and citizen experience in the central district. According to the geographical location and traffic function of Huangpu Avenue, the traffic status of Huangpu Avenue is put into the background of the rapid development of economy and urban reclamation, and then combined with the urban space development and industrial layout of Guangzhou, the actual situation faced in the process of urban development of Guangzhou is reviewed, and the causes of traffic congestion of Huangpu Avenue are found out. This paper puts forward the traffic congestion solution from the main skeleton road network structure of Guangzhou city, low level planning road network of the district, urban renewal, greening public transport and traffic demand management.
