    摘要:

    PHC管桩凭借其桩身强度高、施工周期短、质量易控制等优点被广泛应用在污水处理厂工艺水池类构筑物中。但由于场地工程地质条件复杂,施工中引发的许多关于PHC管桩的质量安全问题也时有发生。本文试图结合某工程实例,对静载试验中PHC管桩沉降异常的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的处理措施,可为今后类似工程的桩基施工质量控制提供参考。

    Abstract:

    PHC pipe piles are widely used in process pool structures of sewage treatment plants due to their high pile strength, short construction cycle and easy quality control. However, due to the complex geological conditions of site engineering, many quality and safety problems of PHC pipe piles caused by construction also occur from time to time. This paper attempts to analyze the causes of abnormal settlement of PHC pipe piles in static load tests combined with an engineering example, and puts forward corresponding treatment measures, which can provide reference for the construction quality control of pile foundations in similar projects in the future.
