钢板组合梁桥面板与主梁连接受力性能研究

    摘要:

    针对一座钢板组合梁桥,通过有限元程序ANSYS对组合梁中混凝土桥面板与钢主梁连接进行建模计算分析,并进一步通过试验研究得到群钉连接件的抗力性能。理论计算结果表明:在承载能力极限状态组合下,支点位置附近群钉剪力最大,焊钉抗剪承载力满足设计要求。抗剪试验结果表明:相比于单钉推出试件的承载力,大部分群钉试验试件中单钉平均承载力减少10%~20%左右,但即便是焊钉数量最多的试件,其平均单钉承载力仍远高于现行规范的设计抗剪承载力。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on a steel plate composite girder bridge, the finite element program ANSYS is used to model and calculate the connection between the concrete bridge panel and the steel girder, and the resistance of the multi-stud connectors is obtained through experimental study. The theoretical calculation results show that the shear force near the fulcrum reaches the maximum under the combination of ultimate states of bearing capacity, and the shear capacity of welding nails meets the design requirements. The shear test results show that the average bearing capacity of single nail is reduced by 10%~20% in most of the specimens compared with that of single nail pushed out, but the average bearing capacity of single nail is still much higher than that of the current design code even for the specimens with the largest number of welded nails.
