水下隧道结构健康监测系统完工调试关键技术研究

    水下隧道结构健康监测系统实施后,由于施工粗放、环境干扰、设备故障等问题的影响,其传感器读数往往存在一些异常,需及时进行调试,使其恢复正常,从而保证数据采集的实时性和准确性。文章以典型水下隧道结构健康监测系统完工调式为例,阐述了47个数据异常传感器的调试过程,明确了系统调试的原则,提出了监控中心调试、采集站调试、线路调试、传感器调试的方法,并就调试结果和对施工阶段的启示进行了分析。为类似工程系统调试提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    After the implementation of underwater tunnel structural health monitoring system, due to the influence of extensive construction, environmental interference, equipment failure and other problems, the sensor readings often have some abnormalities, which need to be debugged in time to make it return to normal, so as to ensure the real-time and accuracy of data acquisition. Taking the completion mode of typical underwater tunnel structural health monitoring system as an example, this paper expounds the debugging process of 47 abnormal data sensors, defines the principles of system debugging, puts forward the methods of monitoring center debugging, acquisition station debugging, line debugging and sensor debugging, and analyzes the debugging results and Enlightenment to the construction stage. It provides reference for system commissioning of similar projects.
