基于经济分析某建筑场地处理方案研究

改革开放以来，沿海经济发展快速，很多区域出现了吹填造地，这就要求场地需要初步处理后，才可以交付后续其他项目进行建设。本文某吹填区建筑场地初步处理为例，在满足项目要求的基础上比选了四种合适的不同方案，再通过对造价和效果的综合分析，推荐了最优方案，为吹填初步处理项目的方案比选提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract:

Since the reform and opening up, the coastal economy has developed rapidly, and hydraulic reclamation land has appeared in many areas, which requires that the site needs preliminary treatment before it can be delivered to other subsequent projects for construction. Taking the preliminary treatment of a hydraulic reclamation area construction site as an example, this paper compares and selects four suitable different schemes on the basis of meeting the project requirements, and then recommends the optimal scheme through the comprehensive analysis of cost and effect, which provides a useful reference for the scheme comparison and selection of Hydraulic Reclamation preliminary treatment projects.
