    摘要:

    为探讨采用浮船移运钢梁,解决浅水域超宽幅钢箱梁整体悬臂吊装,以阜阳市阜裕大桥为背景工程,采用理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法,对超宽幅钢梁浮船移运施工技术进行了研究。结果表明,将多个浮箱利用锚栓、型钢连接在一起可组成运输超宽幅钢梁的浮船;利用向浮箱内注水或排水可灵活调整其吃水深度,控制浮箱顶面高程,可便捷的将钢梁支撑由平台转化至浮箱上,可以避免设置大型吊装设备,具有良好的经济效益。为运输条件受限超宽幅钢箱梁斜拉桥悬臂拼装施工提供了依据与参考。

    Abstract:

    SIn order to discuss how to solve the overall cantilever hoisting of ultra wide steel box girder in shallow water with floating ship. Taking Fuyu bridge in Fuyang City as the background project, the construction technology of ultra wide steel beam with floating ship is studied by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation. The results show that multiple floating tanks connected by anchor bolts and section steel can form a floating ship for transporting ultra wide steel beams. By injecting water or draining water into the floating tank, the depth can be flexibly adjusted. The top elevation of the depth can be controlled, the steel beam support can be conveniently transformed from the platform to the floating ship. It provides a basis and reference for the cantilever assembly construction of ultra wide steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with limited transportation conditions. It can avoid setting up large hoisting equipment and has good economic benefits.
