Abstract:In view of the problems of delayed emergency responding, low efficiency of rescuing, misallocation of rescue resources, real-time and precision of early warning information releasing, and cross-departmental coordination to highway emergencies weakly, the thesis research from the emergency monitoring, automatic identification, impact assessment, plan generation and management, resource scheduling and optimization configuration, early warning information release and cross-sector joint rescue to establish a new mode of highway traffic emergency management, which will realize the highway emergency disposal of the whole process of the transfer efficiency.
