高速公路交通事件应急管理数字化转型探索

摘要:

针对高速公路突发交通事件应急响应滞后、救援处置效率不高、救援资源错配、预警信息发布实时性和精准度不够、跨部门协作性不强的问题,从突发事件的感知监测、自动识别、影响评估、预案生成与管理、资源调度与优化配置、预警信息发布与跨部门联合救援等多维度多层次进行全面系统的研究,建立新型高速公路突发交通事件应急管理模式,实现高速公路突发事件处置全过程提质增效。

Abstract:

In view of the problems of delayed emergency responding, low efficiency of rescuing, misallocation of rescue resources, real-time and precision of early warning information releasing, and cross-departmental coordination to highway emergencies weakly, the thesis research from the emergency monitoring, automatic identification, impact assessment, plan generation and management, resource scheduling and optimization configuration, early warning information release and cross-sector joint rescue to establish a new mode of highway traffic emergency management, which will realize the highway emergency disposal of the whole process of the transfer efficiency.
