城市基础设施综合养护模式探索

摘要:

本文从资金、专业、操作等多个方面论述开展城市基础设施综合养护的必要性。同时,通过介绍近年来上海市进行的数个综合养护试点模式,总结分析各类综合养护模式在操作、资金、监管等各方面的特点,探索综合养护工作的可行路径和推广方法。

Abstract:

SThis paper discusses the necessity of carrying out urban infrastructure integrated maintenance from many ways such as funds, specialization, operations, etc. Meanwhile, by introducing several recent pilot modes of integrated maintenance conducted in Shanghai, different characteristics of these modes, especially in ways of operation, funds and supervision, are analyzed and summarized, so as to explore ways of conducting and popularizing the integrated maintenance work.
