    摘要:

    陆侧交通系统的规划设计是大型枢纽机场改扩建工程中重要的一环,面对陆侧大客流、多样交通方式以及复杂组织流程等挑战,陆侧交通系统直接关系到机场是否能高效稳定的运行。本文以西安咸阳国际机场三期扩建工程陆侧交通系统设计为案例,结合航站区总体布局,对交通需求及组织流线进行梳理,剖析陆侧交通系统架构,提炼出“流线分类,分级保障”、“立体交通,集约用地”、“北进南出,单向组织”、“先分区域,再分到发”、“内侧管控,外侧开放”的核心理念。可为大型枢纽机场交通建设提供思路及参考。

    Abstract:

    The planning and design of landside traffic system is an important part of the reconstruction and expansion project of large hub airport, facing the challenges of large passenger flow, diverse transportation modes and complex organizational processes, the landside traffic system is the key to the efficient and stable operation of the airport. This paper takes the landside traffic system design of Xi 'an Xian yang International Airport Phase III expansion project as an example, based on the overall layout of the terminal area, the traffic demand and organizational flow line are combed, and the architecture of the landside transportation system is analyzed,the core concepts of "streamline classification, hierarchical guarantee", "three-dimensional transportation, intensive land use", "north in and south out, one-way organization", "first divided by regions, then divided by arrival and departure", "inside control, outside open" are extracted. This paper can provide ideas and reference for transportation construction of large hub airport.
