“窄路密网”规划理念下的市政道路设计

摘要:

在高质量发展思想的引领下,“窄路密网”的道路网规划理念在国内得到了广泛的运用,但“窄路密网”模式在建设实施过程中,面临与现行道路交通规范较多冲突,落地困难等问题。该文以海口江东新区起步区路网项目为例,从交通组织、横断面设计、市政管线布置等方面深入探讨“窄路密网”下的市政道路设计,并提出了尚需进一步研究解决的矛盾,推动 “窄路密网”在国内实施的可行性。

Abstract:

SUnder the guidance of high-quality development ideas, the road network planning concept of "narrow road dense network" has been widely used in China, but in the process of construction and implementation, the "narrow road dense network" model is facing more conflicts with the current road traffic norms and difficulties in landing. Taking the road network project in the starting area of Jiangdong New Area as an example in Haikou, this paper deeply discusses the municipal road design under the "narrow road dense network" from the aspects of transportation organization, cross-section design, municipal pipeline layout, etc., and puts forward contradictions that still need to be further studied and solved to promote the feasibility of "narrow road dense network" implementation in China..
