Abstract:This paper takes the project of water pipeline around Qingdao Shenzhen road as the background. The horizontal directional drilling construction method is adopted in the project, and the three-level hole expansion is adopted in the construction. The pipeline is close to the section between Liaoyang East Road station and Donghan station of Qingdao Metro Line 2. The minimum horizontal distance between the pipeline and the metro section structure is 4.5m. The section of the metro line is now in operation. The construction of horizontal directional drilling will cause stratum movement and deformation, resulting in the movement of the section structure between Liaoyang East Road station and Donghan station of Qingdao Metro Line 2. Based on this, this paper uses the numerical simulation method to establish the simulation model to calculate and analyze the effect of the horizontal distance between the pipeline and the tunnel and the mud pressure on the existing deformation of the tunnel under the conditions of different hole diameters during the construction of horizontal directional drilling. According to the calculation and analysis, after the horizontal directional drilling excavation, the horizontal displacement of the tunnel structure is 0.967mm, the transverse height difference is 0.152mm, and the impact of the horizontal directional drilling excavation on the tunnel is within the safe and controllable range.
