    摘要:

    以青岛地铁2号线TBM隧道下穿建筑物为背景,通过数值模拟,对TBM隧道施工影响下建筑物及地表变形规律进行了深入研究。结果表明,下穿两栋相邻砖混结构建筑物时,引起的地表及建筑物的最大沉降并未出现在两隧道中心线处;地表沉降最大值会向较高大建筑物所在处偏移;建筑物的最大沉降值出现在两栋建筑物相邻位置处,对于存在凹凸不规则的建筑物,最大沉降值会向凸出部分所在处和相邻建筑物所在处这两方向的叠加方向偏移。下穿框架结构建筑物时,地表中独立基础所在处会出现沉降峰值,距离隧道越近,峰值越大,砖混结构所采用的条形基础并未对地表沉降产生此种影响;在远离隧道一侧会出现隆起现象,距隧道超过一定距离,建筑物隆起量会趋于一个定值。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of Qingdao Metro Line 2 TBM tunnel, the deformation of buildings and ground surface under the influence of TBM tunnel construction was studied by numerical simulation The results show that when TBM tunnel driving under two adjacent brick-concrete structures, the maximum settlement of the surface and the building not appear at the center line of the two tunnels ; the maximum surface settlement will shift toward the location of the larger buildings ; the maximum settlement of the building appears at the adjacent positions of the two buildings, and for the buildings with irregular concave and convex, the maximum settlement value will shift to the superposition direction of the convex part and the adjacent buildings. When TBM tunnel driving under the frame structure building, there will be peak settlement in the surface settlement where the independent foundation of the building is located, and the closer the independent foundation is to the tunnel, the greater the peak is, while the strip foundation used for the brick-concrete structure does not have this effect on the surface settlement. Buildings will be uplifted away from the tunnel side, but when the distance from the tunnel is greater than a certain distance, the building uplift will tend to a fixed value
