Abstract:Under the background of China"s current "double carbon" policy, taking Tianjin as an example, this paper combs the current situation indicators of traffic travel in six districts of Tianjin, puts forward the influencing factors of road traffic pollutant emission, and then formulates and controls the total number of motor vehicles, optimizes the traffic structure, improves the traffic operation efficiency Strengthen vehicle emission supervision and other corresponding policies and adopt technical means to alleviate the current emission pressure of CO, NOx, HC, PM and other motor vehicle pollutants in Tianjin, so as to achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction goal in the field of transportation at the whole city level.
