不同油浸法测定路面标线用玻璃珠折射率方法比较

摘要:

基于公路水运试验检测交通工程实验室室内路面标线用玻璃珠产品试验检测的研究背景下，针对产品的折射率参数进行相关试验检测，利用贝克线法和斜向照明浸液法两种不同的油浸方法测定路面标线用玻璃珠的折射率。本文从油浸法的试验原理，试验检测相关步骤，试验检测的结果判定等方面进行介绍，根据试验检测、相关试验操作经验及相关资料，分析得出不同的油浸液方法在准备工作，操作流程，观察方面，结果判定等方面的不同之处，从而进一步使试验人员在样品的制备上，试验检测流程及相关结果判定等方面的能力有所提高，确保路面标线用玻璃珠产品折射率测试结果的可靠性。

Abstract:

Based on the research of glass beads for indoor road marking in the transport engineering, the refractive index parameters of the products were tested, the refractive index of glass beads for road marking was measured by Baker method and oblique illumination immersion method. This paper introduces the principle of oil-immersion test, the related steps of test and test, and the judgement of test results, the differences in preparation, operation flow, observation and result judgement of different methods of oil-immersed liquid are analyzed, so as to further enable the testing personnel to prepare samples, the ability of testing process and related result judgment has been improved to ensure the reliability of index of refraction test result of glass bead for road marking.
