变宽截面钢梁拱桥整体顶推施工的临时结构布置方法

    摘要:

    顶推法常用于直线单幅、桥宽不变的桥梁,而变宽截面钢梁拱桥顶推工艺复杂、技术难度大。本文以宁波新典桥主桥为工程背景,详细分析了桥梁的结构特点,提出了适应桥梁整体顶推的临时结构布置形式,并对该结构开展受力计算与分析,得到安全合理的结构构造。同时根据桥梁的顶推施工具体过程,提出了临时结构与主体结构的合理连接方式,工程实践表明本文提出的变宽截面钢梁拱桥整体顶推施工的临时结构布置方法合理可行。

    Abstract:

    The incremental launching construction method is often used for bridges with single width and constant bridge width, while the launching process of steel beam arch bridge with variable-width section is complex and difficult. In order to carry out the integral incremental launching construction of arch bridge with variable-width steel girder, combined with the specific project of Ningbo Xindian Bridge, the structural characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the temporary structure layout suitable for the bridge construction is put forward. Then the stress calculation and analysis is carried out, which proves the temporary structure is safe and reasonable. Simultaneously, according to the specific pushing construction process, the reasonable connection way between temporary structure and main structure is proposed. The engineering practice shows the temporary structure layout in this paper for the integral pushing construction of arch bridge with variable-width steel girder is rational and feasible.
