Abstract:The incremental launching construction method is often used for bridges with single width and constant bridge width, while the launching process of steel beam arch bridge with variable-width section is complex and difficult. In order to carry out the integral incremental launching construction of arch bridge with variable-width steel girder, combined with the specific project of Ningbo Xindian Bridge, the structural characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the temporary structure layout suitable for the bridge construction is put forward. Then the stress calculation and analysis is carried out, which proves the temporary structure is safe and reasonable. Simultaneously, according to the specific pushing construction process, the reasonable connection way between temporary structure and main structure is proposed. The engineering practice shows the temporary structure layout in this paper for the integral pushing construction of arch bridge with variable-width steel girder is rational and feasible.
