大跨度钢拱桥顶推过程中的局部受力性能计算

    摘要:

    为了明确大跨度提篮式钢拱肋与分离式钢箱系梁形成的钢拱桥整体顶推过程中的结构局部受力性能,以主跨213m钢拱桥为例,采用大型通用有限元软件对钢系梁节段进行了三维数值模拟,计算分析钢拱桥整体顶推施工过程中钢系梁的局部受力情况和板件的局部稳定性能。计算结果表明在整体顶推施工过程中结构受力性能良好,钢系梁腹板和横隔板的最大Mises应力分别为252MPa和243MPa,结构的局部稳定系数在6.14以上。

    Abstract:

    In order to clarify the local mechanical properties of the steel arch bridge formed by the long-span basket handle arch rib and the separated steel box tie beam during the incremental launching construction, taking the steel arch bridge with the main span of 213 m as an example, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the steel tie beam segment was carried out by the finite element software. The local stress distribution of steel tie beam and local stability properties of main plates during the incremental launching construction are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the structure is well performed during the whole incremental launching construction, the maximum Mises stress of webs and diaphragms are 252MPa and 243MPa respectively, and the local stability coefficient of the structure is above 6.14.
