Abstract:In order to clarify the local mechanical properties of the steel arch bridge formed by the long-span basket handle arch rib and the separated steel box tie beam during the incremental launching construction, taking the steel arch bridge with the main span of 213 m as an example, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the steel tie beam segment was carried out by the finite element software. The local stress distribution of steel tie beam and local stability properties of main plates during the incremental launching construction are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the structure is well performed during the whole incremental launching construction, the maximum Mises stress of webs and diaphragms are 252MPa and 243MPa respectively, and the local stability coefficient of the structure is above 6.14.
