创新大跨度屋盖钢结构体系设计管理研究

    摘要:

    大跨度体育场馆结构具有跨度大、结构形式复杂多样、科技含量高等特点,“个性化”非常强,为设计管理带来很大的难度。该文结合上海浦东足球场项目,探讨创新大跨度屋盖钢结构体系设计管理,从设计质量管控、设计进度管控等两个方面切入,提出设计质量管理主要措施:建立质量管控流程,理论计算分析、检测试验验证、健康监测反馈的质量管控系统突破理论计算局限性。提出设计进度管理主要措施:成立屋盖钢结构设计专项工作小组,形成集中高效的沟通会审机制。实践证明,上述措施有助于形成系统化的管理思路和可复制的管理流程,为类似项目的设计管理提供借鉴作用。

    Abstract:

    The structure of large-span stadiums has the characteristics of large span, complex and diverse structural forms, and high technology content. Its strong specificity brings great difficulty to design management. Combining with the Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium project, this paper discusses the innovative design management of large-span roof steel structure system and propose the main measures from the two aspects of design quality and design progress management. From the aspect of design quality management, it proposes to establish a quality control system including quality control process, theoretical calculation and analysis, test verification and health monitoring feedback, to breaks through the limitations of theoretical calculation. From the aspect of design progress management, it proposes to establish a special working group for roof steel structure design and form a centralized and efficient communication and review mechanism. Practice has proved that the above measures help to form a systematic management idea and a replicable management process, and provide a reference for the design management of similar projects.
